De-Stress

So many changes happening at the King Library. Everyone seems to be walking in the air. To help yourself de-stress, take a deep deep breath before walking into your space!

Now, let's try: one, two, three, inhale slowly and hold ---- for 10 seconds!

You got it. You will start your day fresh by doing this at least once a day!
